Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped nuts (jaise almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts, ya mix)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds ya pepitas (ya extra chopped nuts)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips ya dried fruit ya nuts (optional)
Directions:
- Apni oven ka rack center mein rakh kar oven ko 325°F (163°C) par preheat karo. Ek 8- ya 9-inch square baking dish ko parchment paper se line karo, taaki do sides paper ke bahar nikle, jisse bars nikalna aasaan ho. Paper ko nonstick spray se coat karo.
- Oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, aur coconut flakes ko ek rimmed, ungreased baking sheet par spread karo. Oven mein toast karo jab tak coconut halki golden ho jaye aur nuts fragrant ho jayein, lagbhag 10 minutes tak, beech mein ek baar stir karna. Oven ki temperature ko 300°F (149°C) par reduce karo.
- Is dauran, ek medium saucepan mein honey aur peanut butter ko medium heat par garam karo, aur mix ko achhe se combine hone tak stir karo. Heat se hata lo aur vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, aur kosher salt mix karo.
- Jab oat mixture toast ho jaye, ise peanut butter mixture wale pan mein transfer karo. Rubber spatula se achhe se mix karo. 5 minutes ke liye thanda hone do, phir chocolate chips (agar use kar rahe ho) add karo, warna chocolate melt ho jayegi.
- Mixture ko prepared pan mein transfer karo. Spatula ke back se firmly press karo taaki ek even layer ban jaye. Aap plastic wrap ka use bhi kar sakte hain press karne mein, phir baking se pehle wrap hata dein.
- Granola bars ko 15 se 20 minutes bake karo: 15 minutes se slightly chewier bars milenge, aur 20 minutes se crunchier bars. Bars ko pan mein hi rakhte hue knife se cut karo apne desired size ke according (main aam taur par 2 rows of 5 mein cut karta hoon). Pan se na nikalna. Bars ko completely cool hone do pan mein hi.
- Jab bars puri tarah thand ho jayein, parchment paper se bars ko cutting board par transfer karo. Ek sharp knife se bars ko phir se same lines par cut karo taaki separate ho jayein. Enjoy karo!
