Super Soft & Fluffy Marble Cupcakes | Chocolate Swirl Cupcake Recipe
Marble cupcakes are a delightful treat that combines the classic flavors of vanilla and chocolate in a beautifully swirled pattern. These cupcakes are incredibly soft and fluffy, making them perfect for any occasion, whether it's a family gathering, a birthday party, or just a sweet indulgence for yourself. Follow this simple recipe to create these delicious marble cupcakes at home!
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ¼ Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- Additional 1 tsp Milk for chocolate batter
Instructions:
Beat the Eggs: Start by beating the 2 eggs for about 1 minute until they begin to froth.
Add Sugar: Gradually add ½ cup of sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Incorporate Oil and Vanilla: Add ¼ cup of oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the egg mixture. Mix well until fully combined.
Sift the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing gently to combine.
Add Milk: Pour in 3 tablespoons of milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
Prepare Chocolate Batter: Divide 2-3 tablespoons of the batter into a separate bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of milk, mixing until well combined. Transfer this chocolate batter into a piping bag for easy swirling.
Prepare the Pan: Grease your cupcake molds with a little oil to prevent sticking.
Fill the Molds: Pour 3 tablespoons of the vanilla batter into each cupcake mold. Then, using the piping bag, create a swirl pattern on top with the chocolate batter.
Cook and Bake: Cover the pan and cook the cupcakes for 12-15 minutes, or bake in the oven at the same time for 12-15 minutes, until they are fully cooked.
